Milaidhoo Island is a stunning small island sitting in the beautiful Baa Atoll , where the Maldives’ only UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve lies. The protected area inhabited by dolphins, manta rays and whale sharks, and known for the very lucky few island resorts surrounding it. Since Milaidhoo Island opened in November 2016, it has offered a world-class Indian Ocean escape with a focus on luxury nature, serenity and barefoot Island living.
One of the best features of Milaidhoo is their amazing house reef, which lies close to the beach and as a marine-protected reef, is known for its excellent snorkelling and diving. For dining, there is the main all-day dining Ocean restaurant at the water’s edge and a beach grill with private outdoor beach huts for two, chef’s table and a wine cellar. In addition, Ba’theli which is set overwater with a spectacular design inspired by traditional dhonis, opens for dinner and offers island-inspired cuisine. The spa is isolated on the sunrise side of the island, with a yoga pavilion for sunrise yoga sessions.

Everything at Milaidhoo has been custom made and made for comfort; crafted around your needs. Service is tip top but always friendly, in line with our ‘barefoot informality’ ethos. Above all, we’re proud to offer a taste of the true Maldives, opening doors to Maldivian culture and unique experiences. A 35-minute scenic seaplane flight from Male International Airport brings you to Milaidhoo. Another option is a 15-minute domestic to flight to Dharavandhoo airport followed by a 15-minute speedboat transfer. This a truly wonderful Maldives Experience with a holistic approach on romantic escapism, honeymoon relaxation and simply being an unforgettable experience from arrival to departure. It is clearly seen from their many hints at helping the guests feel the romance in every activity planned for just the couple, as well as their age restriction policy for below ages of nine. Possibly to ensure a quiet and calm atmosphere throughout, as well as to let the parents have a relaxing time celebrating their love.

Visa & Passport:
All visitors to the Maldives must possess a valid passport and return air ticket. A complimentary, 30-day tourist visa will be issued upon arrival.
If guests are arriving from Yellow Fever-infected areas, they must produce a vaccination certificate.
Guests may not bring alcohol, pork products, pornography or weapons into the Maldives. These items will be confiscated at the airport and disposed by the airport authorities.
