    • Perfect holidays

We are very happy that we have chosen this hotel for our vacation. We spent 2 weeks there and that 2 weeks passed instantly. Villa No.213 is in perfect location by all means however we expected it will be a bit bigger. Special thanks to all staff – they made us feel special. Especially I want to thank to our buttler Heena – she is wonderful; guys at the pool bar are amazing. Island has just 3 restaurants but menu there are really special and very delicious.
Thank you guys for a wonderful stay with you!

    • Paradise (Heaven on Earth)

My wife and I just returned from this beautiful paradise after spending 5 nights there.
We stayed at the sunset overwater villas which are big , beautiful and have a perfect view of the ocean and sunset .
      They offer good privacy.
However except one day we were never in the villa to see the sunset .
My advice would be to save money and not go for the sunset villa as around 6.45 we would never be in the villa .
The pool in the villa is of good size too
Every guest are given cycles to travel around the property
You can call a buggy incase don’t want to cycle
Our curator Heena made sure our trip was memorable.
She took care of the smallest details from arrival to departure, from planning our meals , excursions to spas .
Arranged a complimentary private dinner and dolphin cruise for us.
The sunset dolphin cruise was very nice . We spotted more then 100 dolphins. The dolphins did a show for us .
Aniksha the bartender at the pool bar made lovely drinks for us .
The staff at the restaurants were very good too.
We are vegetarians and they made sure our every meal they have a different menu. The house reef is wonderful . Did a lot of snorkelling . We saw stings rays and baby sharks on a regular basics around the reception area.
However we would not spot any fish from our villa . We have to go towards the gym or the spa area where the house reef is .
All the restaurants are nice and offer good variety of food .
The floating breakfast is a must do.
The staff are very professional, attentive and caring and always wearing a mask (however hot the weather is )
Only regret was leaving this place.
Can’t wait to get back !!

    • Outstanding Service

We stayed for 8 nights in their duplex lagoon pool villas. This is a newly built resort, and the rooms inside are just stunning. We had views out to sea on one side and the lagoon on the other. It felt like living in a small home. The outside shower was brilliant, particularly at sunset, incredible views, although am not so sure the view was as good those passing by in boats! There was so much attention to detail.

On the outside the villas are built in a yellow/brown concrete and slightly uninspiring modern style, but this belies the inner beauty. One of the highlights of the resort is the lighthouse where you can walk up and purvey the whole island.

The food was excellent, particularly the fish restaurant, and funnily enough we preferred the main Cafe Umi to the signature lighthouse restaurant, which was just a bit too rich for our own tastes.

The night dives were the highlight of my partner’s stay.

The gym is small, and sadly too warm. The temp is set at 23C and the fitness manager said that it is fixed at that and cannot be reduced which was a real shame. The resort went out of their way to secure us slots where nobody else would be using, crucial in a small gym in the current climate.

We found out on day 6 that between 18.00 and 20,00 there are entirely free drinks at the bar – whatever you want.. We hadn’t listended propery to our orientation so missed this nugget!

BUT… what I really want to talk about is the service standards whch are beyond anything we have experieced. The manager Jude, and our curator Mauvy were just outstanding in every way. We are both private people, they were very sensitive to that yet were there whenever we needed something and went way beyond the call of duty at times. It was a big birthday trip for me and they presented something I will treasure for ever. Mauvy went on line and took a photo pf me which was converted by a digital artist into this amazing image, framed alongside dozens of signed messages from the staff. it blew me away.

The kindness and thoughtfulness of Mauvy is really special.

The staff in general are wonderful, you can see they love what they do and as guests you feel special.
